Keep Your Account Safe and Active

- Try to claim free chips by clicking random links or from unknown people. These links may hack or steal your account. We will not be responsible in such cases.
- Use abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language in chats, usernames, or profile pictures.
- Create more than one account for storing or playing with chips. All linked accounts will be banned.
- Lose games on purpose to transfer chips to another account. Our system can track this and will remove your chips or ban your account.
- Buy or sell chips through unofficial sources. Only ShahSpin Game and its authorized sellers are allowed to provide chips.
- Play with multiple accounts or join tables with friends in order to disturb or cheat other players. If detected, your chips will be taken and your account may be banned.
Chip Transfers
The following actions are strictly against our rules and will lead to penalties:
- Losing games on purpose to move chips to another account.
- Selling or attempting to sell chips.
- Buying chips from anyone except ShahSpin Game or its official sellers.
Collusion (Playing Unfairly with Others)
Playing with friends or multiple accounts at the same table to spoil the game for others is strictly not allowed. If we find such activity, we may remove all your chips and/or ban you permanently.
Multiple Accounts
Every user is allowed only one account per social network or device. Using multiple accounts to collect free chips (chip farming) is not allowed. If we detect this, we may remove your chips, suspend your account, or ban you.
Chip Farming / Scripts
Using scripts, hacks, or manual tricks to collect free chips is also a violation. Such activities may result in losing all your chips, temporary suspension, or even a permanent ban.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Once chips are added to your account, no refund will be given.
- If for any reason your purchased chips are not credited, please contact our support team. We will check and grant your chips immediately.
- If we are unable to grant the chips, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
